Is there Any Problem if the Patient with Creatinine Level up to 10.1 not to Take Dialysis

My father's creatinine increased to 9.4 but after two month it decresed to 5.4 and after three months for excessive walking and taking meat & fish his creatinine level again goes to 10.16 . But he has no serious symptom. Is there any problem if not to take dialysis ?
Actually, after the creatinine level up to 8.0, dialysis will be in demand.
