How to Treat Kidney Failure Caused by PKD

ALIYU is a kidney failure(which is caused by PKD)patient, before coming here he had suffered from discontinuity back pain with naked eye hematuria 2 years. One years ago, under the doctor’s recommend, he decided to take dialysis, but without receiving satisfied results.
In order to seek further treatment, on March 26th, 2015 he came to our hospital, then the blood pressure had up to 150/110mmHg, what’s more, there is mild pitting edema in his lower extremities. The tests shown that:
Hemoglobin 137g/L, erythrocyte count 5.57*1012/L, BUN 36.5mmol/L, serum creatinine 1285umol/L, UA 576umol/L, Protein 2+, occult blood 4+,
Ultrasound shown: there are many cysts on his kidneys, the biggest one has reached to 6cm
According to those test reports, our doctor diagnosed him as: PKD, Kidney Failure(Uremia), Renal Cysts Bleeding, Renal Hypertension, Renal Anemia, Metabolic Acidosis, Hyperkalemia, Hyperuricemia
According to his own condition our doctor made him a Treatment Plan:
Regular hemodialysis, Hot Compress Therapy, Foot Bath Therapy, Enema Therapy
After 35 days treatment, all those symptoms got relieved greatly, the pre-dialysis serum creatinine reduced to 458umol/L, protein turns to negative, occult blood turns to +-, the biggest cyst narrowed down to 3cm
