What Are Symptoms Of IgA NephropathyIgA Nephropathy or Berger’s Disease is a glomerular disease which is caused by deposits of protein immunoglobulin A (IgA) inside the glomeruli within the kidneys. In early stage of IgA Nephropathy, no obvious symptoms present. 1. Fatigue

Fatigue is a common symptom in IgA Nephropathy and affects most patients. In this case, you will be in a state of hypoxia. Therefore, IgA Nephropathy patients usually feel fatigue.

3. Flank or back pain

4. Blood in urine

The color of urine is cola or tea-color which is caused by red blood cells in the urine. The clinic research has shown that blood in urine is related to a cough, respiratory infection or fever. The urine is darker than normal due to red blood cells in urine. Besides, the urine usually has a strong smell.

5. Proteinuria

In this case, it shows that protein is considered high.

Even if you have no symptoms, sometimes there also shows signs of blood or protein in urine. However, it does not always mean you have serious illness, because many other causes can also lead to hematuria or proteinuria in urine.
